Workstyle feedback writer

Turns a short workstyle questionnaire into a warm, personal feedback note for each member of staff.

What it does

Staff answer eight questions about how they work. Each night a Google Apps Script scores four traits (Anchor, Kindle, Lattice and Horizon), compares each score with what the person's role needs, and describes the gap in plain words: on target, a little above or below, or well above or below.

It then sends those results, the role description and the person's own comment to Claude, with eight writing rules: start with a strength, mention at most two gaps as habits to try, never quote a number, and end with a suggestion for the next team huddle. A member of the people team checks each note before it goes out.
